Who we are
ShuttleMutt Pet Food is a British Columbia-based pet supply company dedicated to getting good food and gear to animals as quickly and reliably as possible. We started with a simple idea: pet owners shouldn’t have to choose between quality and convenience, and they definitely shouldn’t have to guess whether what’s in the bag matches what’s on the label.
From our base on East Georgia Street in Vancouver, we ship dry and wet food, treats, supplements, frozen and raw diets, and the everyday gear — bowls, toys, carriers, and more — that keep pets happy and households running smoothly.
What we believe
- Straightforward is better. Clear ingredient information, honest shipping timelines, and return policies that don’t hide behind fine print.
- Pets come first. We stock what we’d feed and use ourselves, and we take freshness, cold-chain handling, and product safety seriously.
- Service shouldn’t be a maze. If something arrives wrong, damaged, or just doesn’t work out, we want it to be easy to fix — no runaround, no restocking fees.
How we work
We handle orders and customer support directly from our Vancouver team, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and weekends from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Whether you’re ordering a routine bag of kibble or trying a new recipe for the first time, there’s a real person behind info@shuttlemuttpetfood.ca ready to help.
We hold our stock
No drop-shipping and no third-party fulfilment. If the site says it is in stock, it is on a shelf a few metres from the packing bench.
We rotate weekly
Lot codes and best-before dates are checked at pick. Nothing leaves here with less than ninety days of shelf life without us telling you first.
We pack cold properly
Raw and gently cooked lines go out in insulated liners with coolant, on expedited services, never into a weekend in transit.

What we will not do
- We do not give veterinary advice. We will read you a label, tell you what reorders most, and source what your vet names — but we do not diagnose.
- We do not resell returned food. Opened consumables are never restocked, whatever it costs us.
- We do not sell your data, rent your email to brands, or bury a surcharge in checkout.
